I take supplements every day, and it is important to me that my children also take supplements. My daughter tried the Ultimate Omega Junior soft gels, which can be swallowed whole or even chewed. She had no problem eating the soft gels, but if you have a picky eater, you may want to consider their Omega-3 Fishies as an alternative, which are chewable gummy tutti frutti fishies (which I’m sure are great, especially considering how much both kids were a fan of the chewable Vitamin C gummies!). The soft gels would be great especially if you have a child learning to swallow pills, and with a strawberry flavor, no worries about a fishy taste or aftertaste.
We also tried the Nordic Naturals Vitamin C Gummies. I have been taking Vitamin C since I was a kid, and I think it is another important nutrient for kids. These are for ages 4+ and optimize immunity, as well as providing antioxidant protection.
